Text Box: Digitrak Security Systems have a range of card locks that have been specifically designed in conjunction with the hotel and accommodation market. We offer two services, firstly we can supply only, or secondly we can offer to supply, install, commission and train the relevant personnel on the whole locking system. Each Locking system comprises of the following: PC (usually located behind reception) Software + Encoder (how the cards are issued) Locks (pysical locks on the doors) Cards (the Key Card to open the door) Upon Installation, each lock is issued a unique ID, so that it knows to which room it belongs. The software is also configured to suit your House or hotel – displaying all the rooms and different floors. As a guest checks in, the receptionist or user selects the room number on the software to which the guest will be staying, and then inputs the guest name as well as the time and date of when the guest is due to check out. Once processed, the Encoder will write this information onto a blank card….acting now as the guest KEY! The card will automatically EXPIRE by itself, if the guest keeps it past their Check out time & date. It is now possible to access your CCTV system remotely and view live images over the GPRS or 3G network. Provided you have a ‘FIXED’ or ‘STATIC’ IP address, which can be obtained from your Telecoms provider. Digitrak will configure your CCTV system and mobile to make this happen.
